You're very welcome to drop off your rugs and discuss your requirements with one of our technicians personally but please telephone first to arrange a convenient time (we are generally available for drop offs or collection between 9.00am to 2.00pm). Alternatively, we can usually arrange to call on you by appointment to inspect rugs and provide a cleaning estimate.
